What are your hire rates?

Each project is different and often faces its own individual set of challenges, varying site obstacles and differing durations required to complete the task. At Parramatta Cranes, we find satisfaction in providing unique, competitive and custom-tailored worksite lifting solutions for every project., no matter the obsticle.

Due to this, our crane hire rates for our machinery will be delivered upon request.

This allows us to: 
- Factor in project obstacles, identify hazards and controls
- Devise a tailored lifting solution for your project with current Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and Lifting Plan.
- Avoid overquoting for unnecessary services.
- Present the most cost-effective solution for your project

Question 2

Is there a minimum hire period?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a minimum hire time frame for each piece of machinery.

Each individual piece of equipment has its own differing minimum hire rates listed on our price list. If you would like to find out more information, our price list will be sent upon request.

Question 3

Does the price include the Operator, Rigging gear and Fuel/Tolls?

Accepted Answer

We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing for all our machinery and services provided by Parramatta Cranes. Our hourly rate is inclusive of the operator, standard rigging gear, fuel and tolls.

We like to provide a clear and predictable cost for our services at Parramatta Cranes, without any hidden charges.

Any extra equipment pricing is listed on our price list and will be clearly indicated in a quote which is to be agreed upon before undertaking any works.

Any specialised machinery/dogman/riggers are charged separately to crane hire.

Question 4

Do you have any extra charges?

Accepted Answer

Our crane hire rates are inclusive of all charges within their minimum hire rates during standard working hours.

We charge: Minimum Crane Hire + Travel to and from the job.

Our standard working hours are

Monday - 7am - 3pm
Tuesday - 7am - 3pm
Wednesday - 7am - 3pm
Thursday - 7am - 3pm
Friday - 7am - 3pm

Any work completed outside of our normal operating hours will incur extra overtime charges. 
Our overtime rates are stipulated on our price list which will be delivered upon request.

There is also extra charges for any specialised equipment required for the project. All equipment is listed on our price list.

Question 5

Am i able to recieve a discount if I hire for a longer period of time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At Parramatta Cranes we provide discounts for our customers requiring long-time hire of our cranes. Each hire term will be stipulated by a contract beforehand and is subject to meeting the requirements for a 'Minimum Hire Rate Discount' and the 'Terms and Conditions' set forth by Parramatta Cranes.

Question 6

I have a difficult/tricky site. Do you offer Site Inspections/are site inspections free?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Our team will visit site and offer a broad range of comprehensive solutions for your particular lifting situation, taking into consideration any obstacles, underground/overhead services, difficult access or any hazard that may present an issue and come up with a uniquely tailored lift plan   for your project.

This allows us to gain an understanding of your project's specific needs, identify any safety concerns that may pose a risk OR can be identified and rectified before commencing work.

Question 7

Can you provide a Lifting Plan and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)?

Accepted Answer

All paperwork must be organised prior to commencing work on any project. Parramatta Cranes will provide all necessary site-safety documentation as per WH&S standards, and any site-specific requirements requested by the client.

In order to receive any documentation from Parramatta Cranes, the client must agree to the Terms and Conditions beforehand.

Question 8

How much notice should I give for a Job Booking, Cancellation or Rescheduling?

Accepted Answer

A minimum period of 24-48 hours is required for a Job booking, cancellation or reschedule. This allows us to cater to each job's specific needs with the right equipment.

Providing us with some notice if there's changes to your project allows us to offer your timeslot to another customer without facing any late notice of cancellation fees.
