Cancellation Policy
Parramatta Cranes Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Procedure All bookings for crane hire must be made in advance through our website, via email, or by phone. A confirmation of your booking will be sent via email once the reservation is processed. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is due before the scheduled hire date or at the end of the job. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card payment. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled hire date will receive a full refund of any payments made or a credit to the account. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled hire date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total hire fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. 5. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their booking with no penalty, provided the request is made more than 12 hours in advance. 6. Changes to Booking Any changes to the original booking, such as date, time, or equipment, must be communicated to Parramatta Cranes as soon as possible. Changes may incur additional costs depending on availability and the nature of the modifications. 7. Liability Parramatta Cranes is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from a cancellation or rescheduling of your booking. 8.
